Julian Gerighty has been appointed Executive Producer for the Tom Clancy's The Division brand. Julian will oversee all games and products, including Tom Clancy's The Division 3, led by Massive Entertainment who is actively building a team for the game.

We know The Division 3 is in development at Massive Entertainment with Julian Gerighty as the executive producer. Beyond that, though, not much has been shared about what to expect from the game yet. Even so, here's everything we know about The Division 3.

Originally planned for release in the 2021-2022 window, Tom Clancy's The Division Heartland, conceived as a free-to-play spinoff of the post-apocalyptic shooter series, has been canceled by Ubisoft.

The game is being developed by Massive Entertainment (The Division 2, Far Cry 3, South Park: The Fractured But Whole), a studio that has also confirmed changes in its direction, Julian Gerighty is the new executive producer of the saga.

Following in the footsteps of the first game, it takes place in New York City after the Dollar Flu has been unleashed on the populace. It will feature a unique storyline, and this time players will be part of the first wave of Division agents sent in to restore order.

If you compete at a Division II or III school, you have 10 full-time semesters or 15 full-time quarters to play four seasons of competition. You use a semester or quarter when you attend classes at a two- or four-year school as a full-time student or when you enroll part time and compete for your school.

Division III is the largest NCAA division, with 430 active schools and over 200,000 student-athletes.

To do so, it will need to meet the Division 1 requirements. This means increasing the number of sports offered and sponsoring a minimum of seven men's and seven women's sports, or six men's and eight women's sports. Additionally, the school must offer full scholarships to student-athletes.

The Division franchise is no longer jumping to free-to-play.

The Division Resurgence will be released exclusively on Android and iOS devices, shaking things up from the previous The Divison games which were released on console and PC, but offering a new story alongside its new platform.

Ubisoft has canceled its free-to-play survival shooter Tom Clancy's The Division Heartland, three years after it's reveal. The announcement comes from Ubisoft's 2023-2024 earnings report on May 15, where the publisher said it has "redeployed resources to bigger opportunities such as XDefiant and Rainbow Six."

Ubisoft has confirmed Tom Clancy's The Division 3 is now in development at Massive Entertainment.

It was inspired by an incident involving a prank Andy Dick pulled in college, where the dean called him into his office, telling him he had two strikes left before he was kicked out. As Andy began walking out, the dean said to him "Hey--I didn't say it wasn't funny."

Division III: A well-rounded college experience

But it's less demanding and intense than it would be at a D1 or D2 school. Academics are just as important as athletics in a D3 school. A D3 program offers you a more well-rounded college experience.

Later in 2024, players will be treated to season 2, which will introduce updated seasons, a new manhunt, and a new apparel event. Then, the fun will continue in 2025 with a brand-new Story DLC. And that is not all, as the franchise will also be treated to Tom Clancy's The Division: Heartland sometime in the future.

Within this trailer, we see an animated rendition of the setting, characters, abilities, and combat we can expect to experience throughout the game.
