@ergative I've looked it up, and in my experience, I've never heard anyone have a term for it. maybe someone can have an inside joke word for it, but I don't think there an actual dictionary word/known term for gibberish-talking people. . I don't think it exists.

just the word gibberish can also refer to the act of speaking gibberish.

and there's aphasia, which is a language disorder (usually caused from a stroke, brain damage, or brain tumor) that causes people to speak gibberish.

yapping (verb) / yapper is a slang word for someone who talks a lot. it could be used for gibberish or someone who just talks a lot. (aka me...)
