Barre Conditioning

Barre Conditioning

A total-body workout that combines simple ballet-inspired movements with Pilates and core conditioning exercises. By targeting smaller muscle groups that are typically neglected in traditional strength training, you’ll improve your core stability, posture, and joint alignment while increasing your range of motion. Balls and bands may be used to increase the level of difficulty.

Zumba is a fun, easy-to-follow aerobics class that combines Latin dance moves with cardio training. It’s a wildly popular way to maximize caloric output while toning your whole body. Zumba takes the work out of working out.

Cycling

You can earn money and help people become fitter and healthier too. There are many opportunities to teach group fitness classes. If you have a personal passion for it, or if you just want some extra money and like to help people all in the same day, there are many benefits to becoming a group fitness instructor.

Is 3 exercise classes a week enough? ›

For a beginner, three to four classes a week may be optimal in the beginning. But as you build endurance, you may find that five to six, or more HIIT sessions may start moving the needle faster. Some BMF addicts can come to class every day (and sometimes 2 times per day) with no issues at all.
