Soon thanks to Comcast, (I never thought I would have anything nice to say about Comcast. They have offered to let a list of economically challenged people, wounded vets, public housing recipients and others to have access to high speed internet for $9.95 a month.

xFinity issues - you must go through SM - #TomKarinshak this is horrible when some issues "conversation with a person" especially dealing with services! Call resulted in a different companies "pitch" horrible CS!

@comcast is the worst Customer Service ever. Nobody knows how resolve issues. They deny to transfer you with a Supervisor. Then somebody for an different department call you and have no clue about the issue. They call you back and when you return the call, nobody knows anything.

@comcast so unbelievably frustrated with you. 4 times I have contacted CS to stop a router delivery, twice we were told it was taken care of and yet the router was just delivered to a house we don’t live at!!!! Someone needs to fix this immediately.
